Statement from Sen. Haridopolos on Attorney General Bill McCollum’s Legal Challenge to Washington Health Care Takeover:

I am proud to stand with General McCollum to protect the rights of Floridians. The bill signed by the president today expands the most dysfunctional program in government, Medicaid, a system that does not serve the patient nor the taxpayer well. Once again, Washington has passed a law, and Floridians are stuck with the bill.
